Moses: God's Friend

Join Joy as she explores the depth of Moses’ relationship with the Lord. As this friendship is uncovered, you will discover that God wants to give you the amazing honor of being your friend as well.

The Holy Spirit
The Valley of Bones
Have the constant demands of life left you tired and weary? Have you felt a leanness in your soul--like dry, dusty bones on the desert floor? As mothers, working women, and wives, we often find ourselves parched from nonstop demands and responsibilities. Step out of the chaos and into revival so you do “not grow weary and lose heart” (Hebrews 12:3).

Dive into the heart of the most elusive member of the Trinity–the Holy Spirit. Often misunderstood and even overlooked, the Holy Spirit in fact holds the key to a vibrant, Christ-filled life. Joy will take you deep into the characteristics of the Holy Spirit, as well as His many roles in the lives of believers. Be prepared to see the Holy Spirit in an amazing new light.
Out of the Darkness
Based on Psalm 107:10-16, Jill tells the story of two prisoners set free by the grace of God. While one prisoner sat behind literal prison walls, the other became a captive to her own sin and selfishness. And although their lives took very different paths, both found that Christ alone had the power to break away their chains and lead them out of the darkness.

Oswald Chambers
Jill takes you deep into the awe-inspiring life of Oswald Chambers--a man completely committed to God's will.
Outside the Camp
Take an unforgettable look at the story of Jesus and the leper and be amazed at the depths of God’s love for us. Although the leper was “unclean” and cast to live outside the camp, dejected, isolated and alone, he had value in Jesus’ eyes. Dig deeper into this story to see an intriguing picture of the life of Jesus Christ himself, the One who was sent outside the camp (Hebrews 13:12) to bear the sin and shame of us all.

Oswald Chambers: A Life Surrendered
Take an intriguing look at the life of Oswald Chambers (1874-1917), famous Scottish pastor and missionary, and author of the best-selling book, My Utmost for His Highest. In his early years, Chambers struggled with doubt, criticism, and sin--yet God used each circumstance to pull him into ministry. Join Jill as she uncovers the riches of Chambers faith, igniting a passion in your own soul to give your “utmost for his highest.”

He Carried Me
After turning away from her faith and chasing the deceitful desires of her heart, Jill found herself empty and without hope. She wandered far from the cross and drew closer to the schemes of the enemy. Yet even as she rebelled against the Savior of her life, she felt Christ pursuing her with a love and fierceness that would not give up. Join Jill on this emotional journey as she illustrates how God carried her through it all.

A Timeless Purpose
Why am I here? What is the meaning of my life? Struggling with insecurity most of her life, Jill found it difficult to believe that God had a plan for her life. She believed the lies of the enemy when he said she would never be enough, that nothing extraordinary could come from her life. Yet deep inside she sensed a small, gentle voice telling her she was made for so much more. Breaking through the lies and darkness, God revealed that indeed he had a plan for her life--one to give [her] hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
The Idol of Human Praise
"They loved human praise more than praise from God" (John 12:43). With a misguided heart, Jill spent much of her life trying to win the approval of others. Whether it be a quest for popularity or the desire to be liked at any cost, she bowed down to the idol of human praise. Join Jill as she talks about her struggles and triumphs in learning how to make Christ--not others--the solid foundation of her identity.

Living Selflessly in a Self-Centered World
In an age of social media, selfies, and self-centered dreams, our desire to live for our own personal glory can lead us far away from Jesus’ call on our lives to serve the least of these (Matthew 25:40). Yet still today, Christ asks that we selflessly serve those who have nothing to give us in return. Join Jill as she discusses her own struggles with self-centered living and contrasts it with the perfect life of Jesus Christ, who became the very nature of a servant although he was the very nature of God (Philippians 2:6-7).

A Matter of Power
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power (1 Corinthians 4:20). Has God’s word changed you? Has it become the driving force of power in your life? For much of her life, Jill would have answered “no” to these questions. But through every moment, God was transforming her heart. As he opened her eyes to the power of his living word, she felt hope rise in her heart and excitement surge in her soul. No longer were God’s words simply dry ink on a page--but a powerful force that could change her life.
A Lasting Crown
After searching to find something to fill the void in her heart, Jill discovered that everything outside the purposes of God was meaningless, a chasing after the wind (Ecclesiastes 1:14). Her endless pursuits to find happiness through the enticing desires of this world brought her to a place of quiet desperation. But it was in that place she finally surrendered to God, trading in all that was temporary for a crown that would last forever.

Unstoppable
Although we may face overwhelming odds and difficult circumstances, God will give us the power to accomplish his plans if we remain faithful to him. Just as Paul boldly preached the Gospel and fearlessly walked back into a city that nearly stoned him to death (Acts 14), we too can live an unstoppable life for the glory of Christ. But as believers, we must make a choice: we can either stand on the sidelines and observe, or we can boldly rise up and live the life God has called us to.

The One Who Sustains Us
Have you been searching for your own personal savior here on earth? Have you looked to others to make you feel complete? If so, the disappointments and frustration can be overwhelming. Yet when we engage in a real, heart-changing relationship with God, we will find the connection we have always longed for us. Join us as we discover the joy and peace of allowing God to be the One who sustains us.
On the Edge of This Earth
As believers in Christ, our home is in heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives (Philippians 3:20). But for now, our feet are firmly planted on the soil of this earth. So how do we exist in a place where our souls aren’t eternally matched with this world? We must look to Jesus Christ, our perfect example, who left his heavenly home to bring salvation to this world. Join us as we too learn how to live with purpose on this earth while yearning for our heavenly home.

Prayer: Our Connection to the God Who Loves Us
What is the meaning of prayer? Why is it such an essential element of faith? Join Joy and Jill as they examine the power of prayer, not simply as a strategy or tactic, but as an invitation to know God intimately. Rediscover who God is and who we are--and the amazing, supernatural connection brings us together.

Lessons from Lazarus
Travel to the town of Bethany to meet with Jesus as he performs his final messianic sign, revealing himself as the resurrection and the life. Explore the words, actions, and emotions of Jesus to reveal what we can discover about prayer, the character of God, and his uncompromising love for us.
Watching and Waiting
Are you in a season of waiting on the Lord? Are you becoming weary in the wait? During these trying times in our lives, we must patiently trust in God’s timing. But what does this look like from a Biblical standpoint? Join Joy to discover the answer to this question, as she examines the life of the Old Testament prophet, Habakkuk–a man who himself was waiting anxiously and earnestly for the Lord to move in his day.
